About me, my name is John Tremelling and I am now in my 60th year. Many know me and my skills, faults and interest, but for anyone who does not, I have a lifelong interest in history in general and particularly military history. I was a weapons instructor in British Forces and Police. Since retiring, together with my daughter Demelza whom is also known to many, we keep horses at my home in South Wales and at her home in Lancashire. We use these professionally for displays, film and television work.
I have over the years developed modest craft skills, and make most of the saddlery, weaponry and associated paraphernalia myself.
I consider that to list credits on such a site is quite meaningless as anyone can be a 'name dropper' and list productions in which one was involved to a greater or lesser degree. Should anyone be interested and in need of a reference I will supply one, but in the between time I would rather be known for what I can do rather than for what I have done. The photo below is from an old postcard in my possession and sums up what I wish to be, an old soldier, who hopefully still has something to offer these young 'whipper snappers'
